What Makes Our Players So Successful
Our players develop NCAA, Jr. A, and pro habits through our system, and our clients days are structured the same way an NCAA player's day is structured. The result: faster skating and acceleration, increased confidence with and without the puck, and better decision making during games. Our clients are ready for when their time comes to be recruited — backed by a 6-month in-season workout plan plus a summer training plan.

Owner of Vantage Hockey Group. A professional and college hockey player currently competing in Poland. Studying a bachelor's degree in International Business and bringing more than 15 years of experience in hockey. John brings a player's perspective, professional discipline, and a clear understanding of what it takes to advance in the game. John started VHG to give players an honest guidance, elite development, and help them elevate their game to the next level. John works with players on advancement guidance, hockey IQ, off-ice development, and game film.

Alexis Toussaint is a professional hockey player with over 16 years of experience from youth hockey to professional. He has experience with Opole United (Poland 2) as well as Crakovia (Poland 1). Alexis works with players on player development, film, and advancement guidance.
